kind of late to comment…but seeing how the internet is full of trash and waste…meaning junk mail, junk websites not exisiting anymore etc….guess I’ll leave my load. I “was”a vegetarian for nearly 3 years until my husband and I moved to our farmhouse in Bavaria, Germany. While learning to grow my own food I realized that I had to kill the mice, the fungus growing on my plants leaves and even more realizing that in order to make cheese I would need the bacteria from a cow’s stomach. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS VEGETARIANISM OR VEGANISM. Its virtually impossible. I’m all for having happy sheep and chickens with plenty of room to grow and roam in…organic meat YEA!!! But lets be serious….are you going to stop writing on paper because you sponsered having that tree killed and processed into that piece of paper your writing on??? I felt like a fucking moron for a week having pondered my V-ness and the meaning of creation (deep thoughts by jack handy)….in the end the best advise I’ve heard is in bavarian: All things have an ending, only sausage has 2….or… Alle dinge hat einen endung, aber wurst hat zwei.

i became a Vegan three years ago and i can say that my health have been very very good. meat and dairy substitutes like soy also works well for the body.
